At Cozy Scribbles Company, your stationery is created and packaged with care. Cozy Scribbles Company accepts returns on unused and non-personalized items only. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and free from signs of use or customization. This policy ensures product quality and fairness for all customers. Cancellations

  • I gladly accept cancellations.

  • To receive a full refund, your cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Gift Orders

  • Orders marked as gifts will not include pricing details in the package.

  • Gift orders follow the no-return policy if they are personalized items.

  • If there is a problem with a gift order, the purchaser or gift recipient must reach out to me within 7 days of delivery for review.
